 Event CAD designOur CAD team are available to assist you with developing your event plans and seating maps, ensuring you maximise your usable space efficiently. The ATicket system provides you the ability to do it yourself but if you are new to floor plan design, then our support is only a phone call away with interactive online assistance.HardwareAlthough the system access does not require additional hardware, there are some specific hardware items necessary to use the full range of ATicket features. These include: ticket printers, portable ticket scanners and card swipes. Hardware that has been tested and proven on the system can be supplied on request.Training & SupportUser training is supplied free of charge which includes “one on one” interactive online training. User and technical support is free during the system access period. |
